The People are going to have to take matters into their own hands and stop the political elites from pushing TPP through in the vulnerable time between November 15th and mid-December---The so-called "lame-duck" session, when lawmakers are historically the least-acountable
to The People.

How will We, The People, do this?
When enough people join in, traditional methods can work well, and have been used effectively by numerous activist groups
of all types in America.
They include:
--Emailing your Senator and Congressperson in polite, mature, but clear and strong language
regarding your request.
--Emailing The President with same.
--Leaving phone messages on your Senator/Congressperson's office message system.
--Signing petitions.
--Going to peaceful demonstrations outside offices of your Senator/Representative, where a number of people can lawfully, but clearly, make their sentiments known.
This is a case for ... Super-Citizen (aka--YOU).
If We, The People, do not do these things, and in great numbers,
our financial elites and their obedient politicans will almost certainly try to sneak TPP through between November 15th and mid-December, and it could happen very quickly.

Beware the "Lame-Duck"!
Why is TPP so bad, again?
1. MORE JOB LOSSES
Millions more US jobs will shift to Asian factories, subcontracted by US
and other Companies in search of low-cost labor and sparse
regulations.
2. THE ISDS PROVISIONS--THE *REAL DEVIL* IN THE DETAILS
The ISDS provision of TPP, will,
if passed, enable for the first time, imternational corporations and
investor-groups to sue governmental agencies and localities for claimed profit-loss, forcing them to yield to the interests of those corporations, BY NOT ENFORCING US LAWS,
due to an inability to pay millions, or billions,
in future "lost profits" to said corporations.
This literally puts US Laws hostage to international moneyed interests.
This leverage against sovereign laws is new in American History----Except for a provision in NAFTA that contains weaker "ISDS-type"
stipulations that are now enabling the thwarted Keystone Pipeline
backers, TransCanada, to attempt to sue the US Gov't for
$15-Billion dollars in lost profits over its veto in 2015 by Obama.
And they may win! This tells us all we need to know about ISDS.
It is true TPP does not alter any US Law at all, in any way.
Sometimes this is used by TPP-backers as a deceptive defense of
the pact.
But TPP doesn't have to change any laws, since it provides a way for
international companies to SUPERCEDE US Law
via the threat of huge countersuits for future lost profits, awarded by insider
corporate tribunals of etablished corporate attorneys provided by
TPP's ISDS format.
This is a stacked-deck.
International companies will now, shockingly to most citizens,
have a way of overriding laws they deem undesirable.
Our own Supreme Court will have to stand idly by, as ISDS tribunals decide the outcomes for American Citizens, and all the citizens of the other signee countries as well (that is whay there have been mass-demonstrations against TPP in Japan and other countries, though sadly not covered in US Corporate Media).
This translates into an inability to enforce our
own environmental and other laws mean't to protect
the Public. Even laws intended to mitigate Climate
Change would be overruled, since they invariably
inhibit international corporate profits to some degree.

This is unacceptable to all those who do not want to
see US Law overridden or superceded by these ISDS

The Trans-Pacific Partnership must be opposed.
Please change your mind on this huge issue.
American taxpayers are already facing a $15-Billion dollar
lawsuit thru ISDS provisions included in NAFTA, over your

How can you support this?
I agreed with your veto of the pipeline, but I feel it is wrong
for the taxpayers to have to pay "ransom" to Trans-Canada investors

environmental toxification, when corporations will be able,
